I have been a Central Coast resident most of my adult life. Employment took me away twice, and both times the desire to return to the Santa Barbara and SYV area was very strong. There was no better place to raise my family and I missed the relaxed lifestyle. It is truly where my heart is.

In the late 1990’s I spent 2 years on Long Island, New York, where I began my real estate career. I was new to the area, new to the business and during my first year there, I earned my companies Rookie of the Year award by selling residential real estate ranging from entry level homes to water front estates.

Upon returning to CA, I got my CA real estate license and began working in the Santa Ynez Valley, Orcutt and Santa Maria areas; gradually expanding in to the Santa Barbara area. I actively work in all of these areas; however my focus and most of my clients are in the Santa Barbara area and the Santa Ynez Valley. I am a fulltime Realtor and am assisted by my husband, Robert (Bob) Yznaga, a life-long Santa Barbarian.

I specialize in residential single family homes and estates, condos, investment properties and have experience with multi -family properties.

I have earned my Seniors Real Estate designation and enjoy spending time with my senior clients and their families to learn what their specific needs are and guiding them through their real estate transactions, helping them understand options that are available to them from sharing information on the benefits of selling their home at age 55+ to helping them find the right type of housing for their next phase of life.

I, along with all of the agents and support staff of Village Properties enjoy being involved in the community. I volunteer at the Santa Ynez Valley Therapeutic Riding program which provides horseback riding for people with disabilities. I support the Village Properties Teachers Fund and participate in other charitable activities throughout the year.
