"My husband, Mark, and I closed escrow (on 12/12) on a property that we bought with the help of Margie Yznaga. We began our search almost 2 years prior to our purchase and although the properties we were interested in were all located quite a distance from Margie she continued to happily show to us as many properties as we desired. My wife, Jean , and I decided to leave our home of 30 years in the Santa Ynez valley. I had a friend who works at Village Properties and so we started there. She introduced us to Margie who was also with them and knew the market in the valley better than our friend. Margie became our agent in our task of selling. This was the best move that could have happened. Having done nothing like this for 30 years it loomed ahead as a daunting task. Margie’s knowledge, patience, and professionalism came through for us. She stuck with us guiding us through all the non-conformance issues with the county and dealing with Home Inspectors. All of this was completely foreign to us. We started in March and closed escrow the last week in July. Without Margie and all she brought to the table we may be still in the valley instead of enjoying our Lakeside home in Central Florida. If we had to do it again we would be looking for Margie or her clone to get us through it. She is a true, thorough professional and a dear dear lady.
